Quiet, slow holidaying--thank you for that phrase. I’m enjoying the quiet, slow now because starting the 23rd, my house will get noisy with family and friends and dogs. (We have dogs and others bring dogs--I love having dogs sometimes more than people!).

I’ll have my gift knitting finished and can watch the ones I love be warm in hats and socks I made. They are all knit-worthy and told me what they wanted.

Thank you for sharing with us this year. I hope you get all the cuddles, eye-rolls included!

I hear you about the dogs. I don't have one, but I am pleasantly surprised and so touched every time a dog "chooses me" as its playmate. Your gift knitting sounds so sensible to be me. 💝 Thank you for your lovely wishes. Wishing you a wonderful and memorable holiday season this year!

How delightful to have your knits on rotation and I'm sure they keep you lovely and warm. Your list for a form of hibernation sounds rejuvenating. Like you, I'm going to try out some fav recipes and some new ones for the festive season. I've thoroughly enjoyed reading you Kavitha in these last months since joining Substack. I'm really looking forward to what you share in the new year. May you have a safe and happy holiday season.
