It's a fabulous design Kavitha! Thanks so much for sharing your pattern creation process here. As always I love being able to understand what goes on in designing a knitting pattern. :)
Happy to say that I downloaded both your Matte Hood and Low Key Scarf. Will be a while before I can do some knitting, but I am looking forward to both of these items! I may add a yoke rather than the cowl to the Matte Hood. My shoulders tend to get cold and a yoke could fit under or over another garment. Not sure if I would like the cowl to open down the front? Will be interested to see what others are doing. The stitch pattern is so pretty!
Oh, thank you so much for your support, Sandy! The cowl has way too many possibilities to play with. I had this upper limit of using up 2 skeins for the largest size. So I settled for this and graded everything similarly. Yoke sounds like such a great idea. I did not think of it. I am totally looking forward to your choices and mods for the patterns too.

Thank you for your kind words. I am so glad you are enjoying these bits. I always wonder if these things would be interesting enough to share. :)
It's a wonderful insight into the life of a knitwear designer.

When my wrist feels able to knit / craft again, I'll be off to your patterns! (Me and gravity had a disagreement)
Aww, thank you Lisa. Hope things are manageable for you. Take care of your wrist and hope it heals well soon.
Clattered to the ground on Wednesday - just grateful nothing broken but soft tissue definitely unhappy... 🙄
Goodness, that sounds painful. So sorry you are going through this, Lisa. Please take care. ❤️
Love the Matte Hood, the stitch is gorgeous! All your patterns are terrific, actually!
Aww, thank you so much for your kind words and support. Hope you enjoy the knitting.

Thank you Katie!.
It's such a beautiful stitch. And you are a great model too. :) I do look forward to your musings about your knitting process Kavi!
Awwwwww, thank you so much Vidya for your kind words. I am so glad to hear design musings are good fodder to talk here. ❤️
